Dear Comic Book Readers and Podcasters,

I listened to your podcast; and I liked it okay, you did a lot of work and reported it well enough, until Bruce made his comments about the price point of IDW comics, and took it personally and represented that the doller out of his childs mouth was going for wretched house ads. Well Bruce, let me clue you in that these IDW comic books are going into the hands and houses of different people who never read comic books before. For millions of kids the world over those house ads were and are their only exposure to these different titles, characters and creators. Not everyone has access to three vender sources as you have, presumably this is why we listen.

But who wants to listen to someone who censors himself for this or that political reason. The rest of us just buy a book if we like it and pay the price or wait and see. Frankly I don’t see many IDW’s in 50 cent boxes. Then it’s kind of creepy that you wouldn’t review a book you like because it cost too much Uncle Bruce McDuck.

I’ll stick with you, it was mostly all right!

    Love
    Comic Book Shaman
